All buybacks will be subject to the production of the original bill and guarantee certificate, and the rate will be as per the prevailing policy of the showroom. Any exceptions (failure to submit invoice and guarantee card) will not be entertained. In such cases, the actual weight of the ornament at the time of exchange will be considered.
Exchange facility without deducting making charge is available for unused Gold/Diamond Jewellery, within 7 days of purchase. Customized Jewellery cannot be replaced and Jewellery damaged due to negligence in handling can only be repaired. No cash refund is admissible.
We offer lifetime maintenance and repair for Diamonds, precious stones & gold ornaments. Handle the Jewellery with due care as the guarantee does not cover any acts of mishandling of ornaments. Eg. Breakage, bend, chipping of enamel and falling of diamonds and stones etc. such ornaments can only be repaired.
Diamonds, precious stones & gold if added, will be chargeable.
In order to sell ornaments, customer shall provide any identity proofs as follows (A) Electoral ID (B) Aadhaar Card (C) Driving license (D) Passport (E) Pan Card.
Watches international warranty is subject to the terms & condition of the manufacturer. No exchange for watches.
Pan card is mandatory for purchase/sale of Rs. 2 lacs and above.
Transactions of Rs. 2 lacs and above will not be accepted by cash.
Payments in excess of Rs. 5,000/- in case of buyback, shall be by way of account payee cheque or RTGS/NEFT.
Buyback is only applicable for Gold, diamond, platinum, silver & precious stones (excluding birth stones).
No buyback for semi-precious and synthetic stones.
The company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
The consumer can get the purity of the hallmarked jewellery/artefacts verified from any of the BIS recognised A & H centres.
All the disputes are subject to Hyderabad jurisdiction only.
